	Gordon W. Crawford – Vice President- Finance B. S. - Business Finance, 1969. 36 years experience with Richardson-Wayland. Responsible for the financial functions of the company.


	Marion G. Lambert – Vice President- Administration 26 years experience with Richardson-Wayland. Responsible for LAN and WAN Systems, Operations and Training, Safety and Insurance Coordinator.



			Jim Goldizen –Vice President, Substation 34 years experience in electrical construction including residential, commercial, industrial and utility. Areas of expertise include estimating, bidding and project management. Evaluates and services field operation needs. Has master electrical license.



	K. Craig Gusler – Vice President, Traffic Signal Construction 23 years experience in the electrical industry-all with Richardson-Wayland. Responsible for all aspects of traffic signal and roadway lighting construction. Member I.M.S.A.


	Coleman P. Perrin - Vice President, Foundation Construction 44 years experience in general, heavy and foundation construction. Four years experience with Richardson-Wayland.


	Jeff Webber – Director of Transmission and Distribution Associate In Applied Science – 18 years in electrical construction including Transmission and Distribution. Areas of expertise include estimating, bidding and project management. Responsible for field operations.


	Jason Lester – Director-Safety and Health A. S. Electrical Engineering / Current Study in B. S. Occupational Safety and Health. Four years experience with Richardson-Wayland. Seven years experience in occupational safety and health. Responsible for Employee Safety, Motor Carrier Safety, OSHA, and EPA compliance.


	Jackie R. Mullins – Equipment Resource Manager 11 years experience with Richardson-Wayland. 10 years experience in utility equipment sales and repair. Six years in the heavy hauling transportation industry. Four years experience in earth moving. Responsible for equipment and tool acquisition, repair and transportation.


	Joe L. Miller – Business and Development Manager B. S. – Communications – 20 years experience in the construction industry. Has performed the duties of Journeyman, Carpenter, Foreman, General Foreman and Project Manager. Holds a Class “A” contractor’s license from Virginia.


	Marshall Straw – Superintendent of Distribution 38 Years experience in the electrical construction industry. Has performed the duties of Journeyman Lineman, Foreman, General Foreman, Superintendent, Estimator, and Project Manager.
