Our Traffic Systems Construction Department was founded in 1990 and has been a forerunner in the field of Traffic Systems Construction ever since. We are prequalified with the Virginia Department of Transportation and hold several VDOT Regional Contracts. We have held the Salem Regional Traffic Signal Contract since 1991. Currently we hold the VDOT Southwestern Regional Contract, which covers the former Salem, Lynchburg, and Bristol Districts, the Northwestern Regional Contract, which covers the former Staunton District, and the Central Region Contract, which covers the former Richmond District. We also work closely with numerous municipalities throughout the State of Virginia as well as corporations such as Wal-Mart, Target, and Lowe’s.
